Leuterio Thomas performed civil, electrical, and structural work necessary to maintenance the pavement at the Pentagon Bus Transit Center. These modification included patching existing pavement, replacing worn asphalt for new high strength concrete pavement, and reworking existing grades to ease drainage and improve the traffic flow for the large amount of bus traffic this area has on a daily basis. Working with civil and electrical engineers Leuterio Thomas coordinated and permitted the drawings to meet both Department of Defense, WMATA, Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations.
