Leuterio Thomas has met with Beretta USA staff to review their renovation plans for the Accokeek Facility turning it from a manufacturing facility into a Corporate Headquarters. Beretta is looking to phase the work over several years. The purpose is to move from a “Factory” to a “Campus”. It is intended to address simultaneously two sets of stake holders, Customers and Employees. For the Customer, the intent is to provide a quality experience to allow for product presentations, launches and to holder events. In the longer term, the intent is to create a destination that will attract customers to the Campus. For the Employee, the intent is to create a positive working environment that will attract and retain quality staff and improve productivity.
