LT provided turnkey design build services to expand and upgrade the 1990’s operations center to provide a state of the art enterprise facility that Census will use as its flagship in its strategy to consolidate data centers for its agency and to attract other agencies to make use of its services. The EOC expanded from 15 to 45 personnel. The challenge for the project was to separate a portion of the existing data center and convert it into occupied space with separate mechanical, fire, and smoke zones.
