Approximately 85,696 square feet of existing 1×1 perforated metal panel ceilings had rusted and deteriorated over time, with portions already previously replaced. The scope included full replacement of the remaining panels, ceiling grid, and outdated light fixtures throughout the affected areas.
New 2×4 acoustic lay-in tile ceilings, updated grid systems, and energy-efficient 2×4 light fixtures were installed throughout, improving both the appearance and lighting performance of the interior spaces. The updated systems provide a clean, consistent finish across the buildings while addressing the long-standing deterioration of the original ceiling infrastructure.
