Progressive Life Center (PLC) believes that all children have the right to equal access to education, to have opportunities for high-quality learning experiences, and to be safe at school and in their communities. Their vision is to create a state-of-the art center dedicated to transforming the lives of foster care youth and placing them on the pathway to post-secondary success (including college entry and completion, vocational schools, and other career options, including the military). Leuterio Thomas provided design services that catered to PLC’s vision and goals.
