The Maya Angelou French Immersion School, formerly known as Hillcrest Heights Junior High School, constructed in the 1960’s is going through a window replacement program and an upgrade to the mechanical systems including the addition of a chiller and the conversion of the boilers from steam to hot water. All exterior entrances are being upgraded with either new storefront systems or new doors and associated hardware. The scope of work for the architectural work requires the removal of existing window systems from the original building back in the 1960’s and the installation of new windows, infill panels and associated exit hardware.
