LT’s architectural scope included the replacement of 117 original windows throughout classrooms, libraries, kitchens, and multipurpose spaces, along with upgrades to all exterior entrances, including new storefront systems, doors, and associated hardware. The original metal window frames, severely rusted and leaking, were replaced with commercial-grade aluminum window systems, supported by interior finish restoration and exterior masonry repairs to maintain a cohesive appearance.
In parallel, LT coordinated architectural support for significant mechanical system upgrades, including the conversion of legacy systems that had reached the end of their service life.
The project replaced outdated classroom unit ventilators that no longer met current indoor air quality standards with high-efficiency mechanical systems, improving ventilation, thermal comfort, and system reliability. New air-conditioning was also introduced in large shared spaces such as the multipurpose room and gymnasium. Together, these improvements extended the building’s usable life, enhanced occupant comfort, and aligned the facility with modern performance expectations for an active educational environment.
